Never replied in an accessible manner to a disabled person

Dexter and Kristie are by far the best team I've ever worked with. Kristie especially was very responsive and informative as a paralegal, and the difference this can make is difficult to overstate when you're dealing with a stressful legal situation.

Please do your due diligence before using their services. The settlement check was stolen from within their office, and they blatantly lied until a federal investigation revealed the truth. Spent months being given the run around for a stolen check. I have recommended people of color to this firm and it is apparent that they treat people of color different. Cases were won, despite incompetent lawyer. However, the settlement money was stolen or never given out to clients. No communication or follow up received almost one year after. Also note you will do more work on your end for your case as they are not interested. I regret recommending to others or using their services. Run! All the people I recommended including my partner were sorely disappointed. If you are a person of color, seek representation elsewhere. I implore you to think closely on if you need this level of incompetence or disrespect.
