I hired Kathy Bruya as my divorce attorney a little over a year ago. My first impression was that she was knowledgeable, and very comfortable in this arena. We talked about her background experience. And I was especialy glad to hear that she would be my primary and sole point of contact throughout the devorce process. We communicated via email, text, and phone. She then heard why I wanted a devorce, came up with a few possible scenario's, set a price, (she is reasonable) and got to work. She explained the divorce process as well as the endless paperwork thoroughly and was able to answer all my tedious questions timely, and satisfactorily throughout the process. My divorce outcome was more or less as she had explained from the very start of the process, and I am satisfied with the final decision. And I owe it all to Kathy Bruya, Attorney and her due diligence. Thank you for all your help Kathy.

If you need an amazing attorney Kathy Bruya is your gal! During the pandemic my wife and I had an agreement with my daughters biological mother, in order to keep everyone safe in both our households that we would not move my child from home to home until we were in the last stages of the pandemic. When that time came I was served with abandonment and restraining order. We knew that we needed an attorney. Thankfully we found Kathy. We weren’t sure how this was going to go but Kathy made us feel comfortable and confident. Kathy is what we would call a very down to earth attorney. One of us with massive knowledge. She wanted to know about us as a family and my daughter. Kathy is extremely easy to talk to, she listens, asks questions as well as gave us advice, it’s like talking to one of our family members. I was fortunate to have found Kathy. I made a huge mistake and didn't hire a lawyer for my divorce, and got stuck with a parenting plan and child support that was not fair. At first my ex didn't enforce everything in the orders, and was more flexible, but as time went on she started using the plan to keep me out of my kids life. I decided to try to make a change to the original order and that is when I found Kathy. While I know that it is difficult to completely revise original orders without something big that supports such a change, she was great with laying out a plan to make some incremental steps to make changes. I now have more time with my kids, and pay a more reasonable child support payment for my situation. My favorite part is that she is like an extension of family. She wanted to know about me, my family, my son and felt like she actually cared. I also appreciate that she is always a text or call away when I need her advice.
