Piper helped me clarify issues relating to a pedestrian easement that runs through my property. She also helped resolve uncertainty over possession of a buoy and licensing in the State.

My wife and I needed revised wills and agreed to add power of attorney and "living will" documentations as well. Piper suggested the latter two and it was appropriate that we add them. Meetings were prompt, cordial and fully informative. We were able to read possible documents and options before agreeing to anything. At the time of signing Piper was fully prepared with final documents and the necessary witnesses. A good deal of our consulting of documents/options was done on line which was very convenient. Later, when a problem was discovered in one of the "living will" documents, Piper was prompt and accurate in informing us how to make an appropriate correction without having to make another office visit or completely re-do the document. Totally competent and totally professional.
