I hired Bill Mcgonagle and I was very impressed with all the others that kept me informed

Bill McGonagle and his team did a fabulous job representing me for my injuries after my car accident. They worked diligently as we walked through the entire litigation process and succeeded in getting me a full settlement. His integrity and experience gave me confidence that I could rely on him for honest assessments and clear helpful advice. They were professional and took the time to know my full situation. I am so grateful for Mr. McGonagle, Colleen, Wendy, and Kathryn. You couldn't find a better team!

In 2018, my wife and I were in a catastrophic auto collision. While in Harborview for 8 weeks the paper deluge from the insurance companies started. We needed help. We contacted Bill McGonagle and his team for help. Little did we know that we would be spending four years with Bill and his team to resolve our complex multi-party and multiple insurance company personal injury litigation. While there are no real winners when severe injuries are involved, Bill and his team were always there for us. Each and every step of the way they offered great counsel and advice and were terrific advocates with each of the opposing parties (there were several entities involved). I would strongly recommend William McGonagle and his great team if you or a loved one are involved in an auto accident.

I hired William as my lawyer to help settle a auto accident where I had suffered some serious medical issues. This had happened prior to the Covid shutdowns. The office was informative on keeping me updated on progress, what steps where next and what they could expect from me. I felt like my concerns in the whole process were heard and handled in a way that was outstanding. This was a super emotional recovery for me and I couldn't have asked for a better firm to help navigate the legality of things I never thought I would ever have to deal with. Outstanding business practice. Would recommend this office of lawyers to anyone looking.

On a recommendation, we hired Bill Mcgonagle to represent us in connection with a personal injury lawsuit. Even though the process took about 3.75 years from first the first meeting until the conclusion, we received assurances & updates along the way, and Mr. Mcgonagle and the staff were available to us whenever we needed any questions answered. It seemed easy to get time to discuss the case with Bill when we felt it was necessary, especially to get his input and assurances everything was being handled in a timely manner and that things were moving along as we anticipated. We opted to first go through the process of mediation to see if the case could be settled. Bill and another attorney in his office, Colleen Mriglot, worked tirelessly on our behalf for several hours of mediation and we were able to strike an amenable decision and the lawsuit came to a successful end result ... in our minds.

I have known Bill Mcgonagle for many years, and value him as a friend, and as my attorney. This is the 2nd accident in 40 years I have unfortunately been involved in involving an uninsured motorist and Bill has represented me. I was pleased with the amount of communication they provided, the information about the process, and their genuine concern for my overall health. I never once got the impression there was anything else other than my health as a priority. When I felt the fatigue of all of the rehab, Dr. appointments, frustration of not getting better, their office was a great encouragement to me to press on and not give up on my health and care. I was looking to settle, but they knew better. I'm grateful for their help and advocacy.
