Scott was able to help my wife and I on short notice. He was a straight shooter and provided the counsel we were seeking. I never felt that any of his advice and guidance was contrived to enhance his bottom line. I would feel comfortable and without reservation referring Scott to others should the need arrive.

20+ years ago (long before AVVO), I found myself in a “situation”. I was just a kid, scared out of my mind! Fortunately, I found Scott Robbins. Scott quickly put me at ease and helped me to put everything into perspective. Through Scott’s skill and guidance, he helped me to earn a second chance. It wasn’t always easy, but he stood by me the whole way. More than 20 years later, I am very happy with who I am and where I am in life. While I am happy to say that I have not needed his services since then, when I reflect back on my early years, Scott always comes to mind as a person to whom I owe a great deal of gratitude. I have worked with Mr. Robbins for many years. I first knew him when I served as a deputy prosecuting attorney and his practice focused exclusively on criminal defense at that time. Scott has always been vigorous, creative, and highly persuasive in the representation of his clients. Upon entering defense practice I have had occasion to co-chair serious, violent offense allegations with Scott. We successfully defended an individual charged with one of the most serious crimes you can be charged with: forcible rape. Scott and I achieved an acquittal in jury trial. His attention to detail in this case and others contributes to the successful defense of his clients. His firm has now broadened to include personal injury as well as criminal defense. My offices refer all personal injury cases to his firm with confidence and continue to work with Mr. Robbins on associated cases.

Scott represented me on a very difficult case. We ended up pleading to a reduced charge but not from any fault of Scott. He was excellent and his legal argument should have been enough to have the case thrown out.

I have had two incidents in the past. One driving on a suspended license and the other was a DUI. Scott got the DWLS dismissed and got the DUI reduced to a neg 1. Scott made me confident that he had control of the situation so my worries were minimum. Very knowledgeable and handled it in a quick manner so I could get on with my life. Highly recommend for any criminal issues.
