I have used Andy for 7 of my tickets and all have been dropped. I hand out his business card to others daily and can confidently say he is the best lawyer out there.

I got 2 tickets in the past 2 months. Andy got 1 dismissed and 1 (38 over!) reduced to not wearing a seatbelt!!! NOTHING on my record. I am so happy with Andy Phipps and would recommend to to everyone!!

Andy has represented me 4 times in the past 3 years. He won each time (amending one to a non-moving). He has kept my insurance rate down and that is exactly why I hired him. He makes it very easy!

A friend referred me to him. He and his father used him for all their traffic violations. I have used Mr. Phipps since 2001 and have probably gotten 6 or 7 tickets and all of them he has gotten me off on. One I was doing 90+ on I-5 weaving in and out of traffic, should have def not gotten off in the courts eyes, but some how Phipps worked his magic. I heard he was an ex-State Trooper and knows the tricks of the trade. Whether that is 100% true, I dont know. But Mr, Phipps is the man when it comes traffic violations.

I got a speeding ticket on I-90 in Grant County in fall 2009, so I called around for lawyers and Mr. Phipps was recommended to me. He had a reasonable price, and upon paying it he took over and did EVERYTHING. A few weeks later I got a call from his office saying my ticket had been COMPLETELY ERASED. No fees, no fines, no court appearance, nothing on my record, nada. You can't get a better result than that. Definitely worth it, I was completely satisfied with Mr Phipps. Job well done.

Back in 2005 I got my first speeding ticket and Andrew was referred to me by two co-workers whom he helped with their tickets. Andrew was great and the ticket was dismissed. Later that year my wife was in a accident and Andrew had the ticket diferred. Now four years later on my very early morning commute I was running a little late to my new job and IT happened again. Without a business card and just a vague memory of his name I tracked him down and am pleased he will be helping me again.
