They exhibit unprofessional behavior, excessively charging clients for services that lack justification. Most importantly, their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I had an accident and i hurt my back and neck, the other guy didn’t have insurance and my insurance wouldn’t cover me because they knew that I used the car for lyft sometimes. So they used that to not cover me or my car even if it wasn’t my fault. I called my friend and he recommended kode law. I call them with anger and sadness because nothing happened was my fault and on top I don’t get covered. Preet helped me and calm me down and she did her best to get my car fixed and my medical bills paid. She managed to get the work insurance of the other guy to cover for everything. Sarah helped a lot too, she checked on me every week or two and made sure that I'm good with the chiropractic as well as getting me updates. And finally preet is doing my final settlement with them. They are really good and they know what they are doing and most importantly how to do it. Highly recommended!
