What an amazing lawyer! He did not nickel and dime me and was super helpful and informative.

I've hired ben four times and have never been disappointed. He handled the creation of my living estate. He handled the creation of a contract for one-off workers. He handled a dicey HR work situation. He explained the methods and processes in making a tricky software business with a partner. In all cases he was prompt clear, polite, and effective with my time. For the living estate he gave me a book he wrote so i could ingest a lot of information before we spoke. Now that is being economical for everyone.

I went to Mr. Premack because I'm a poly woman with two partners and I want them to be treated similarly in the event of my death or disability. Without taking steps, neither of them would have visitation rights for me in the hospital (we're not married or related) and they wouldn't be in the next-of-kin lineup for making those end of life decisions for me. Mr. Premack was respectful of my relationships, had useful advice for the options available to me, and was willing to take the time to go through everything carefully to make sure that my wishes would be carried out and my partners will know what to do in the event that anything does happen to me. A year after our initial trust establishment, my sibling presented the world with my new nephew. I called up Mr. Premack to amend my trust and include my new little relative, and that too was a seamless and straightforward process. I'd definitely recommend him to people with unusual relationship configurations; he will respect your wishes and help you choose the best way of executing them.
