That firm did not help me at all. Poor (practically zero) defence. I would never want Lotzkar to be my public defender again. I did not even get a chance to defend myself. It was a terrible experience.

Pat is very upfront and honest with you when you come to him with a speeding ticket.He will let you know weather he can beat it or not.That kind of honesty is refreashing.My whole family uses him to fight their tickets and has always got the tickets dismissed.I highly recommend pat kozu to fight your traffic infractions.

Pat was great. He went above and beyond to make sure that my speeding ticket was taken care of and that all of the proper paperwork had been filed. The outcome was favorable for me. I have used Pat several time now and would recommend him to anyone.
