They are (1) patient when explaining every detail of the estate planning process, (2) responsive to any questions we had, and (3) professional and attentive to detail. I worked with Kendra for my Estate Planning and she is incredibly kind, helpful and approachable with my questions and responded in a way that simplified information and did not make me feel silly for asking. We hired Mr. Kirschner to help us with our estate planning. He acted quickly to help us understand the ins and outs of creating a will and trust, and all of the relevant clauses needed to ensure our wishes were documented correctly. We were completely new to creating these documents and he answered all of our questions in a way that was easy for us to understand. We are very pleased with the final result and have so much more peace of mind after his guidance, direction, and thorough end product! We highly recommend him!

We recently had our Trust/Will plan and documents completed by Kendra at Jerimy Kirschner & Associates, PLLC. The entire experience was excellent. From the initial meeting, to the creating and editing of each document, to the final meeting and signing of the documents, everything was totally seamless. What stood out to me was the response times from Kendra or any of her assistants, with each and every question we had along the way. The Trust and Will documents can be a bit confusing, but Kendra was willing to explain it in terms we could understand.
