I highly recommend John Tymczyszyn for your case. He represented me when a protection order was served, an order which was unwarranted and unnecessary. I was confused and scared, and uncertain what this would mean for my future. John was reassuring, and importantly, 100% on my side. His research and preparation were thorough, and his actions were careful and measured. His knowledge of the court and his ability to anticipate its workings were invaluable. His oral arguments at the final hearing were assertive and convincing. He was able to get about the best result that could be hoped for.
