I was rear-ended on southbound I-5 and the other driver attempted to drive away. This caused me to panic as I was relatively new driving in Washington. I was injured and did not know what to do after my insurance said they could not cover me. My confidence was boosted by Moses after just our phone conversation. Please, if you are reading this do not suffer in pain and stress of dealing with insurance. Amity Legal are good fighters and will push your insurance to produce all evidence of coverage. Another thing, one reason why I contacted and retained Amity is because they are the only firm out of the six firms I contacted that took care of both my car and injuries. I got 100% payment for my car and they did not take any fee. I feel this is quality and reasonable as other firms tell you they will only take care of your injuries but not the car. I really appreciate Moses and the attorney who worked on my case. I am where I am now because of them.

I had an intractable problem that had lasted nearly 3 years. I brought John in and he practically worked a miracle with a local municipal court. He was great - he didn’t inundate me with information, but he talked to me or emailed when he needed to. My experience with him was excellent - he’s an excellent attorney. I reached out to John after I realized my previous attorney wasn’t taking my case seriously. This was literally my life’s work and future hanging in the balance, all because of an unsubstantiated accusation. My first attorney was extremely nonchalant, lied about minor details and work he did, and was occasionally very curt when I asked questions. His attitude seemed to be that I should be grateful for him even taking the time to talk to me, despite the fact that I WAS PAYING HIM. Thankfully, that was not my experience with John at all. He was extremely professional, returned calls in a timely manner, and always made sure I understood the legal proceedings, ramifications, and that I was comfortable with the decisions being made. Because of his expert work, my case was thankfully resolved, and I look forward to moving into the future with this incident in the rear view. While I hope I never require legal services again, if I do, John will be the person I call.
