Ken is very professional, responsive and sets expectations correctly. I have so far used his firm's services 3 times and always received the best in class service. Ken told me that there was a 95% chance that he could get my traffic ticket dismissed. Honestly at the time, I didn't believe him. At most I thought I would get the $ reduced. To my surprise, he won my case and got the ticket dismissed. I'm sorry I ever doubted you Ken. You are great!
