He is expert in many areas, and if there is a case that is not in his area of expertise, he always has good recommendations. I have known Max for over 15 years now. He was originally my banker for both personal and business. Whenever he took a promotion to another bank he always kept in touch and helped me with either a better deal with his new bank or advised me to stay in my current situation. He always had my best interests in mind. Since becoming a Lawyer and opening his Law office he is still helping me with banking advice but his help has expanded to the legal world. Neal Feinerman and his team did an awesome job with my Child Support Review case in July of 2019. It first appeared like a routine proceeding until at the last minute my ex wife retained counsel for herself and things escalated quickly there after. He helped me present my case and the judge ruled in my favor on most topics that were being argued. He saved me thousands of dollars in future child support payments and gave me a great deal on the price for his services. Neal took me under his wing when I was struggling. He was first very present personally to help me get to a place where I could participate in my case. From then on, he worked very professionally, diligently and timely in representing my interests. And he knows his law. We were able to avoid trial and go through the mediation process that both parties could live with. As he often quotes, " if both parties walk away somewhat dissatisfied, the attorneys did their work". Doesn't sound like an endorsement but it is.

Neal is just terrible. His lack of attention to detail is awful. He missed a variety of traps my ex tried to insert into our decree, only because I was getting tired of Neal did I consult with a different attorney. Neal's very egotistical and thinks he walks on water. The reality is, he's an incompetent, dishonest hack who should have retired decades ago.

I've approached Maxim to recover earnest money from the builder . He thoroughly investigated the matter and tapped into every aspect of the real state law. After multiple correspondence with the builder, they agreed to return the full amount. I am very happy and pleased how Maxim handled the matter. He is extremely knowledgeable, persistent, and knows pitfall of the law. Highly recommend!

Neal T. Feinerman was everything I needed in a divorce attorney. He was very knowledgeable, compassionate, extremely well connected, and did an outstanding job guiding me through an intimidating process. His legal assistant, Ashlee, was also incredibly competent, supportive and helpful during a very difficult time. We were able to reach an amicable resolution that I'm very happy with. I feel that he handled my case with the utmost care and attention, and I'm forever grateful.

I turned to Neal to represent me in a Dissolution of Marriage at a time when I needed clear cut, assertive guidance. Neal was extremely professional, protective of my interests and fair in the mediation in which both parties were satisfied that this was handled in the best possible manner. I have referred several individuals to Neal because we built a strong trust together as we worked through each issue and he was able to guide me towards the most equitable outcome.

I hired Neal some 9 months ago and his initial promises on being tough in court, being fair and being diligent are all mis-representations. In fact, after paying him $20,000 he became lazy and lacked the depth of research and attention to detail my case needed. Neal has a case of ego, pride and hubris that cannot be touched. Ironic since he is in a profession that reaches the bottom of the barrel in regards to the world of attorney's. Neal stated that he had a 190 IQ when challenging him on strategy and his lack of diligence on my case. Ironically, he stated that he has a 190 IQ, yet, he cannot articulate his points in court, always has the details incorrect, has slow memory recall and usually needs items spoken to him then written to him as a reminder. Let's be honest, divorce attorney's are really the dropouts of the legal world and are laughed at by even defense attorneys. Neal needs ti improve his practice and his concern over money, constant threats to quit (even though he is under a statement of work with me) because he wants to save his time and money as opposed to pursuing my case diligently. Not a good hire but I am stuck with him for the time being.
