With this review I'd like to share my high appreciation of the brilliant work of Mr. Manoucheri and his team on my car accident case. My small car was rear-ended while I was standing in line in front of the traffic light just one block away from my home. The repairs of the damages did cost more than the half price of my new car! My friends gave me a few phone numbers of other attorneys' offices to ask for help to deal with my medical issues as a result of this accident. But after a few brief questions, they didn't even want to get to my case. When I called Mr. Manoucheri, I was invited to the office. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened very carefully and explained everything in quite simple words! I don't have any legal education, so I felt relieved to hear such a simple clarification of the whole process. Regarding the financial aspect, I was worried about how much my initial consult would cost and also the ballpark price of the entire legal process. When I asked Arman, he simply said that I would not pay anything until the case would get settled. And the office would take a small % from the final payment only if this case will be settled in a positive way for me. It was hard to believe that I wouldn't have to pay on the regular basis, but I decided to give it a try. On top of going through much pain after the accident, I didn't have a medical insurance to take on this coverage. Therefore many treatment options had to be out of pocket. And here was Mr. Manoucheri and his amazing team along each step of the way. He was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be such a painful and lenghthy treatment. Arman would always check with me to both support me, and gain new updates about different treatments assigned. This whole process was so smooth. Once all my documents were submitted for review, Mr. Manoucheri led all discussions on my behalf. It was only during our final meeting with Mr. Manoucheri, when I realized how much above and beyond he went in the resolution of my case. In fact, Mr. Manoucheri was able to negotiate a significant reimbursement for my case based on my medical records and the level of received trauma. For me personally, that is the best evidence of such a sky professional level of Mr. Manoucheri. I worked in the management before and I'm fully aware how much effort and knowledge it would take to negotiate even smaller dollar amount with mid-size companies. And here we speak about convincing giant corporations of the industry.
