Todd took over my case after I had agreed to a very objectionable temporary parenting plan, having followed what turns out to be very bad advice from my previous attorney. Todd was very honest and straightforward regarding my chances of changing the temporary plan and the costs associated with this. He listened to my concerns with much attention and empathy. Unlike my previous attorney, he was not dismissive of my concerns regarding my daughter’s well being. In court, Todd was to the point, concise, efficient, and respectful of his time allocation, a point not lost on the magistrate. Todd was always very responsive, and kept in constant contact. I made several panicked calls to him and while he could not always call back right that moment, he would at a minimum send a quick email. It was very reassuring to receive an immediate response letting me know he would call me the following day to discuss my concerns. Todd is a very fair and scrupulous person, his integrity is uncompromising. I always trusted his advice without question. He was never one to mislead or give vague answers to make the case drag on, thus racking up higher fees. I will be eternally grateful to Todd for his hard work on my case!
