Monica handled my divorce of a long-term marriage, where my spouse did not work, and there was a sizable property settlement at stake. Monica's guidance and efforts throughout the 12 months it took to settle the case enabled us to achieve the best possible outcome. She managed the challenges of working with a difficult opposing counsel well. While she personally is not familiar with the nuances/complexities of stock options and 401Ks - I was happy with the financial analyst she recommended we use. Monica is detailed oriented when if comes to discovery. Since she is independent, you need to be comfortable with not being able to always reach her immediately, but she is good about responding to email and phone calls within 24 hours.
