Jeannie is THE solution to traffic situations. Simply send her a picture of the ticket and it's done. Her team practices excellent communication. One of their replies went to my spam folder, but her team reached out again after not hearing back. 10/10 experience. While I hope to not need her services again, I feel at peace knowing her team is there should the need arise.
