Jeannie was amazing. The process was super convenient. Pay the fee, email cell phone photos when court dates are received, and wait for the dismissal email. Don't expect an endless string of emails. Remember that lawyers charge hundreds of dollars an hour, so she'd have to charge higher fees if it included even a half hour of discussion. I can't recommend her enough!
