Got a speeding ticket that felt wasn't warranted and was referred to Jeannie by a good friend. Simple process, great communication, good value for the services provided and the ticket was dismissed. She pointed me to her web site, completed a simple form, paid via visa, sent a copy of the violation along with the court hearing date and time. They handled it from there, with no need to appear. Doesn't get easier than that.
