My ticket for "following too closely" was erased from record. It is nice to know that there is a good lawyer looking out for the innocent. There was no way for the officer to know the distance I was when I was cut off, but because I rear ended the person who slammed on their brakes as they veered in front of me. Unfortunately I still had my insurance company say I was at fault due to the type of accident.
