I do not recommend Jennifer King. She is an incompetent attorney who does not do her due diligence. She created a trust document for a family member that is mentally incompetent and purposefully excluded beneficiaries that have legal rights to assets. Jennifer King has done irreversible harm to my family because of her negligence and corrupt actions.

Jennifer King took on a case and created a trust for a person with dementia who she has never met. She created the trust and moved assets when this was against the written wishes of the person before they had dementia. This trust was created to selfishly benefit others. If Jennifer actually cared about the welfare of the client, she would not have done this. She is incompetent and negligent. The trust that Jennifer King has created has hurt many people in my family and will have consequences for many years to come.

Diana has been excellent in assisting me in working with the beneficiaries of a Trust that was poorly created by another firm. While some of it was challenging for me, Diana kept me on track to find the best possible solution. During this year we had a video mediation, and phone calls that replaced in office visits. Scheduling times for these was an easy process. Diana and her team are great to work with. I wish that our Trust would have had Three60 Law at it's creation. However, knowing that there was an attorney who could help navigate a Trust created by someone else was crucial to the management of a Trust.
