Brian and Diem explained the whole process and my options.

Highly recommend! Diem is a great person and attorney. She is very knowledgeable in bankruptcy law and very understanding. She took the time to explain to me the process of bankruptcy and this helped me decide whether it would be a the right choice for me. She has a straightforward and no-nonsense attitude but a great sense of humor! In the end I decided not to move forward with filing but the experience I had with Diem was awesome. I contacted Brian to discuss my options. He was very kind and met with me that day to lay out my options for me. I decided to hire him and proceed with filing. He even stayed late with me to get it taken care of that day. Our meeting of the creditors has been pushed back due to current world events but Brain and Diem have been very responsive and helpful with all my questions (even on the weekend. Sorry guys). I would highly recommend them to anyone considering this hard decision. Brian is very knowledgeable, caring and understanding.

Hands down Phil Weinberg is the best attorney I've ever come across. He's extremely professional and respective about every aspect in and outside of the courtroom, filling you in on every step and process in the case. I don't want to go too into detail about my case so lets just say this man actually saved my life.
