I can not say enough positive things about the Lotzkar law firm. I was represented by Gordon Lotzkar through a divorce. The office staff was professional and prompt. Gordon was readily available for our appointments; I felt he understood needs specific to me and my circumstances. He was realistic in laying out the options, and always took extra time to thoroughly answer my questions, directly in meetings or with a quick phone call or email response. He prepared me for mediation , both on the level of what to expect and emotionally. He was always prompt and I never felt I was over billed nor that he was drawing out the process. I highly endorse the Lotzkar Law Firm.

UPDATE 7/24/2020: A quick update to say Gordon is still the best lawyer around. I continue to have occasional issues with the ex-husband and Gordon has always been available for advice. I appreciate it! Thanks Gordon! I availed the services of Lotzkar Law Firm for my divorce. It was a long drawn out case as there was a child involved and my ex-husband was not the easiest person to work with. Gordon and his staff guided me through each step of the way as I went to them when I was in dire need having just got out of an abusive relationship. Gordon kept me sane and knew when it was time to play hardball with my ex and also when it was time to keep me reasonable. He never lost sight of the endgame which was to get me the divorce with the best result that I can get within a reasonable cost. Based on his vast 27 years of experience in family law, he has a thorough understanding of the law, the court system and how the judges/mediators like to rule. He was always available when I needed to ask his advice or when I wanted a clarification. He also spoke multiple times to my ex-spouse’s attorney to speed up the responses and proceedings. His staff were a god send, always being there to answer my nitpicking questions and managed all the documentation. Post divorce I have reached out multiple times to Gordon to ask his advice on how to deal with my ex-spouse when he doesn’t follow the parenting plan. Gordon has always answered my calls and emails and has been very helpful. I would highly recommend the Lotzkar Law firm.
