John Polito is an aggressive, energetic and strongly opinionated lawyer equipped with a silver tongue. I was charged with a DV felony. Out of the 7 people in the courtroom with the same charge as me, I was the only one who had Polito as my lawyer and the only one who got the no contact order immediately dropped.
