John S. Palmer is an excellent attorney, whom I have recommended to others. He did all of my estate planning work for me and also has given me valuable and intelligent legal advice regarding a variety of situations. This was in the area of trusts, guardianships, and also helped some friends of mine who were in the midst of conflicts with relatives and so forth. He has also referred me to specialists in various areas of the law when necessary, as he is well acquainted with specialists in many areas of the legal community. Attorneys get viewed harshly sometimes in the United States, and lawyer jokes abound. If all attorneys were highi quality human beings like John Palmer, there would be no lawyer jokes. When I am working with John I always feel like I am with a superb and trustworthy individual, whose services I would recommend to anyone!

My experience with John Palmer and Palmer Legal has been nothing but first rate. My father fell suddenly, unexpectedly and mortally ill which required us to ready his affairs in very short order. After reviewing his will, John suggested it be completely redone to meet his requirements. He was able to get everything together, even provide a witness, and take the documents to his hospital room to be executed. I know that it removed a lot of fear and stress from my father during his final days. That is truly a priceless service. I strongly recommend him without reflection.

John was tasked with rewriting and updating my wills which were last written in the early 80's. I have no children, wife and wanted at this time to leave the bulk of my estate to my fraternity. John was very thorough in getting all of the details correct to make my wishes reflected in the wills. I would use John to rewrite the wills if at some time in the future I remarry or have a significant other to leave the estate to in the future.

John Palmer has done the wills for my parents as well as for my husband and myself. He is very thorough and knowledgeable, recommending things to consider and covering every possibility that could arise when a death occurs. I would recommend him highly to any of my friends.

John has helped with a complex and bumpy guardianship which has, over 4 years, involved a contested initial guardianship, a house sale, and a divorce. John Palmer takes care with his work, is thorough and insightful. He asks good questions, is thoughtful about not just the legal issues involved in a case, but also the economic and social ramifications. He knows what he does not know and communicates what he would need to do to satisfy the needs of a particular matter. And he is punctual. Not only is he a good attorney, John is a nice guy and easy to work with (!).

I've been very happy with his services. He analyzes a situation before he makes a decision or recommendation. It was a difficult case he worked on for us. He always thought about and researched the issues. the case took 5 years.
