I gave one star since this the lowest choice that I could see. I would choose horrible if the option is available. The layer didn't practice with due diligence. The layer didn't put client interest at the first. Instead, they put their interest and their business partner's interest ahead of client.'s The settlement is outside of common industry practice and standard. I reserve the right to further review the business partner relationship, the procedure of the claim and settlement, and to pursu legal action if needed.
