If I ever need a lawyer again (hopefully not - this was personal injury) I will always call or recommend John Polito and his para-legal Shannon. They will always have your best interest at heart! Hiring John Polito and his team was the best decision we could have ever made. A loved family member was arrested and charged with crimes that would have landed over 10 years in prison if convicted. John coordinated with an excellent bail bonds company to help us right away. In the weeks that followed, he delved into my family member's case and determined that the basis for the charges was unfounded. Ultimately, John was able to build a solid defense and negotiated to have the case dismissed in the end. Under all the circumstances, I can't believe every other attorney out there could have achieved what he did. John was always full of energy, very open about the challenges we faced, and treated my family member with dignity even before knowing all the facts. We can't thank him enough. I was referred to Jon Polito, I was a mess and needed legal help. I was transferred to Jon; we spoke about the situation and how to deal with it.
