I contacted Brian to discuss my options. He was very kind and met with me that day to lay out my options for me. I decided to hire him and proceed with filing. He even stayed late with me to get it taken care of that day. Our meeting of the creditors has been pushed back due to current world events but Brain and Diem have been very responsive and helpful with all my questions (even on the weekend. Sorry guys). I would highly recommend them to anyone considering this hard decision. Brian is very knowledgeable, caring and understanding.

Hands down Phil Weinberg is the best attorney I've ever come across. He's extremely professional and respective about every aspect in and outside of the courtroom, filling you in on every step and process in the case. I don't want to go too into detail about my case so lets just say this man actually saved my life. I don't think any other lawyer could have done what he did for me, thank you Phil you really saved me on this one.

Highly recommend Brandon!!!
Brandon is my immigration lawyer. Brandon is very helpful and knowledgeable, he gives multiple options and suggestions to help me get my green card faster. I took Brandon with me to my interview, my interview went very well, after 6 days, my Green Card was delivered to Brandon’s office!!!

Phil Weinberg is a funny lawyer that knows his business inside and out. He has represented around five or six cases for people that I know(relatives and friends), and the results were also better than we expected. He let us know what our options were and kept informed as updates happened and what the next steps would be. He has been in this industry for a very long time and does his job very well.

Phil was great to work with. He kept me up-to-date on everything that was occurring with my case and was able to execute the dismissal of charges all while keeping me from appearing in court. I didn't even have to physically meet with him. His fees were affordable and his services were top-notch.
