Lisa was amazing. When I started entertaining that BK was the way to go after losing my job, I attempted to contact several attorneys. Lisa was the only one who had an extensive phone call with me, answering all my questions (including hypothetical). I could tell a lot of the questions I was asking were repeat questions she constantly hears, but she took the time upfront to put my mind at ease and thus made it very easy to trust her and just do what she told me to do!
