Good service. Your experience will vary based on your offense, but Robert will do his best in any case. Always answered the phone or responded by email quickly when I had questions. I paid $200 for his services and he was able to reduce $276 fine to $120. I ended up spending $320 in all, but I am able to maintain a clean driving record. You pay Robert $200 up front, and the court decision comes about 30 days later, at which point you have another 30 days to pay any fines.
