Raskin defended us in litigation and negotiated a settlement agreement. He was thoughtful and wise in both his negotiating strategy and legal advice to us as clients. He then helped us to obtain payment from our D&O insurer after it had denied coverage. Paul was aggressive where we needed him to be and realistic when we needed him to be. He provided sound advice on both strategy and tactics in settling the lawsuit and recovering fees from the insurer after its denial. If I ever find myself the subject of a lawsuit again, I want Paul by my side!

Molly and her team or professionals where GREAT. Her goal was to get it done and not to have billable hours behind her. Molly and her team were very helpful during my recent divorce after almost 30 years of marriage. I tried to do it myself but that became a mistake after my wife's attorney tried to really take advantage of me. Molly listened to me, asked the right questions, and helped me provide the right kind of information to defend myself. I had no intention to be unfair to my wife, but her attorney wanted it all. In the end, we came to a fair resolution that I was pleased with considering the circumstances.

Molly helped make our divorce proceedings easy, if that is such a thing during a divorce. She has a "Tell it like it is" attitude, but in a nice way, knows her stuff and looks out for the best interest of her client. She also helped me get in touch with some excellent parenting resources, to help iron out some wrinkles (ex-spouse not following parenting plan) after everything was finalized. I would highly recommend Molly and her staff!

I tried obtaining an initial intake appointment first time at this firm. Unprofessional appearance. I sent a voicemail, emailed multiple times. Often my emails were not responded to until I emailed back multiple times. They went ignored as well. Attempted contact over a span of 4 weeks due to covid and i wanted to remain patient and see how they communicated. I would not trust this location with your needs, their reviews are definitely rigged. Have never had such a bad communication with a firm before. The lack of interest in my case was apparent. If this level of unorganization is present to schedule an initial appointment, imagine when they actually take your case under their wing? Haha no way!

Being an attorney myself, I know what great legal work looks like and I can tell you that Paul's representation in one of my cases was nothing but exceptional. Specifically, I had a situation arise with one of my cases that involved an area of law (i.e. insurance bad faith) that was outside of my area of knowledge (i.e. workers' compensation). In an effort to help my Client, I requested Paul's services and he did an amazing job immediately getting up to speed in my (very complicated) area of law to help my Client recover a very significant amount of money against a very big and powerful entity.
