If you have a speeding infraction, Michael is your guy, hands-down. He got my case dismissed and kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely use Michael again if the need arises.

I am going to leave this review over here until Karol contacts me and finishes my immigration paperwork or refund me. I am so disappointed your service because I have been calling your office and asked Karol to contact me. It can be email or phone. I just need someone to finish my case. My case was got transferred from Andrea, and they said I got assigned to another attorney called Karol and they said Karol will contact me, but never. I understand attorney are busy but it is been over a month. Every time I called, I keep got back same message. “we will write down your note and let Karol know”. I had a scheduled consultation with Ms Brown and she never showed up. And I was never contacted for rescheduling or refund. I had to call the office on the daily and get the same promises that I will be contacted but it never happened.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

There have been a few times Michael has helped me out with traffic infringements. One was in a very obscure speed trap in Kirkland & another on the highway in a speed transition. The location is irrelevant, what is though is how Michael has done a fabulous job in representation, communication, & really knows the law. Both were either decreased or dismissed. If you have a traffic ticket, please reach to him before proceeding. You will be happy you did.

I did not have a positive experience with this firm, though my interaction was limited to a consultation with Ruth V. Her customer service was disappointing; she came across as condescending and did not inspire confidence in her knowledge or abilities as an attorney. Your experience may differ, but I ultimately decided not to proceed with her services and shared my concerns with her.
