Being someone that just moved from out of state and had a clean driving record, I was stressed when I received an unjust infraction. Luckily, I found Mike and a phone call relieved all my worries. The worst experience ever, first I called and was told that attorney will call me back but no one did. After one week of waiting I called back and guess what receptionist couldn’t even provide if they work with EB1A visas. Then I finally got a call but the customer service was so horrible and I just couldn’t handle all this and never ever wanted to use the service. Update: first of all I called you guys twice to have an appointment and I was told that someone to call to schedule an appointment and no one day for weeks and then I called again. Second, please listen to all calls how many times I tried to spell my name and my email. I feel like you should provide training to your employees cause people should know the truth about your customer service.
