I had a very disappointing experience with Phil Su handling my case; he provided misleading information about the process and outcome, blamed his legal assistant for a lack of follow-up regarding important dates, and was dishonest about fees.

My experience with Phil was not pleasant. He neglected to take care of my driving infraction which led to a higher fine. He only took care of it after I called and reminded him multiple times, which on the last one, he hung up on me and gave me attitude.

Me and my friends were served with Anti-Harassment orders, Phil Su got the judge to change her mind three times during our trial. He represented us fairly and was very knowledgable about the laws that were applicable to our case. If you are looking for an experienced defense attorney, I would highly recommend Phil Su.

Phil was very helpful in getting a petition for an order for protection against harassment denied. He always responded very quickly, and he was very professional throughout the process. He showed that he cared very much, as he was a great listener which helped the situation to feel less stressful. I would definitely recommend Phil as he constantly went out of his way to help. Phil Su was incredible! He not only helped me with my case but he also got all the charges dropped. Phil is prompt and very professional. I hired Phil Su for a DUI case and he handled it as good as he was able to. I am a foreigner and was on a J1 au pair visa. He did what he could to make things work as fast as possible. He was efficient and supportive, explained me everything and all the possible issues. He reduced my court fines and my charge to reckless driving. In that process I also had to talk with some of his work team members (other lawyer and secretary) those persons are also patient, helpful and nice. Thank you so much.

Phil Su is the best lawyer there is period. His rates are competitive, his communication skills are above average and most importantly he has confidence! We all don't have time to talk on the phone or drive far away to deal with a driving infraction. Phil defended me in court, got my ticket dismissed WITHOUT needing me present. That alone is worth hiring Mr. Su. I don't have time for anymore meetings in my life as it is, let alone be available to talk on the phone which has made my lawyer experiences difficult. Phil can be available by phone or email! Its hard to ask for anymore out of a lawyer. If your looking for a traffic citation lawyer, look no further, I know my friends and I haven't. We were referred to Phil Su by a Seattle prosecutor that spoke highly of his work.Phil Su did an EXCELLENT job representing our son in a accused Felony Robbery/Assault case that unfortunately was overcharged and terribly devastating to go through. Phil was professional, understanding and could really relate to what our teenage son was going through.Because of the long process involved preparing for juvenile court, we were in contact with Phil multiple times during the week by phone, email and in person.The 4 months we worked with Phil, I can't even express how impressed we were with his work style, thought process and the mentoring he provided my son and family. I hired Phil Su for a speeding ticket and he handled my case without me having to worry about anything. I faxed him my ticket, sent him my payment and my case was dismissed. I called him on a late Friday night to ask him about my case. I was expecting a voicemail since I called way after office hours, but to my surprise, he answered my call and told me that my case was dismissed. I was referred to Phil Su by my other friends who also hired him to handle their speeding tickets and they all had a great working experience with him.

Phil Su, great and friendly professional lawyer, after receiving the ticket from the police officer I called him, he advised me on what to do, I received updates on what was happening, and the end result was that the infraction was dismissed. I used Mr. Su several months ago, he was fair and also professional, let me know my options instead of just saying it will be done and then not contacting me, my ticket was dropped and thats all i needed, all it takes is one lawyer and I will highly reccommend Mr. Su.
