Heather was outstanding! I needed to have Durable Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive set up. She listened to my story and any problems or concerns I had on our first console. She told me to feel free to contact her with any questions. I did have some questions that I forgot after our console and sent her an email stating as such. Heather was very prompt at responding, set up a time to converse and asked if that time would work for me. She's very knowledgeable, personable and a gem to work with! I would hire her again in a heartbeat when/if I ever needed her services!
