Mike was very professional. I didn’t even have to meet him in person. I paid him the fee and before I knew it I got a friendly email thanking me for my business and that he gladly was able to dismiss my 110mph speeding ticket. He is quick to respond. I would recommend my family members to him. All around a great experience.

Janelle was extremely helpful through the entire Citizenship (N-400) application process.  In our first conversation, she listed all the things I needed to prepare and asked all the right questions to ensure my eligibility. When I asked her about changing my name, she let me know that USCIS had changed its procedures and I could no longer do it through the citizenship process. Even so, she provided a detailed information/process on how to do it and helped me get my name change done at the Seattle courthouse. Janelle is very knowledgeable about immigration and got back to all my questions on time, even after work hours.  It took less than 1 week for Janelle to review my application and send the documents. I work as an attorney and a friend asked me a complex immigration law question. I do not work in immigration law, so I did research but was seeking a more conclusive answer. I asked a few colleagues I knew that actually worked as immigration attorneys. None of them could come up with a better, more conclusive answer, many seemed to have less answers than I did. Someone mentioned that Janelle knew a lot about this issue. I consulted with her, and she was well-researched and seemed more knowledgeable than a lot of very experienced immigration law attorneys. I would highly recommend her and plan on referring clients to her. It’s rare to find thoughtful, well-researched attorneys, especially for complex issues of law.

I have been using Mike's services for years, for both my personal tickets, and those of family members and friends. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to dispute my tickets. Time and time again Mike has proven to be the best attorney in the region when it comes to traffic tickets. Though he makes no guarantees,(as no attorney does) he has always been successful in making sure my insurance company doesn't find out about the many speeding tickets that I've received. I will continue to exclusively hire Mr.Sheehan to fight my tickets, and refer all of my people to him when they need the counsel.

After receiving my green card in 2007, I was ready to finally apply for citizenship. Janelle made the process very easy and straightforward. She knew exactly what was needed and I was able to complete collecting all required documentation in less than a day. Having recently traveled for nearly a year outside of the US, Janelle made sure to attach additional documents explaining my absence to minimize chances of delay or rejection. Couldn't have been easier. I went to Sheehan on a recommendation from a friend in the motorcycle community. I spoke to Micheal on the phone, explained my situation, gave him the pertinent detail, and he told me that he could take care of it. I was able to pay over the phone and I didn't have to worry about it again. I received an email the day after the scheduled court date telling me that the infractions had been dismissed. Painless and effective, would recommend to anyone.

I was disappointed with the level of professionalism Michael has provided given his profession. After hiring him to fight a ticket, I asked him to notify me by phone with the court's date and decision as I was going to be out of town for a month. Michael left me a voice mail confirming that he will notify me of the decision and date by phone. After not hearing from Michael, It turns out that my ticket was reduced to a lower fine had I paid on time. But given that I have not heard from him regarding my court date and decision, I was penalized for not paying on time, and the ticket was increased back to its value. Let alone I paid Michael, and the ticket remained on my record. Every time I tried to call Michael, his secretary would tell me he would call me back, and he never did. At times, I thought about calling from a different number with a different name, but thought it would be a waste of time. I would highly recommend other lawyers in the area instead of him. He is very unprofessional and does not deserve to be dealt with.
