I cannot say enough about Mr. Newcombe and the job he did for me. He's an amazing lawyer. And, you can tell that he really cares about his clients. When I first contacted his offices I was fit to be tied and didn't know where to turn. I had been falsely accused of violating a protection order that was put in place in my divorce proceedings. The charges were outrageous and totally false. I knew that Mr. Newcombe believed me and knew that I was innocent. And, he tirelessly fought to get my charges dismissed. I cannot thank him enough! I would absolutely recommend him and his law firm without hesitation.

Jason is a highly intelligent lawyer and has been helping me out with my case(which is not an easy one) and is really trying to find the best possible way of beating it. I'm very thankful that Bo represented me in my parenting case. My ex was living with a person who I found out was a threat to our daughter after an investigation. I was in fear for a long time and it turned my life upside down. I met with Bo and he was confident from the start and that made me confident. Bo has been working with me for a number of years now on my divorce-related legal issues. While he was my first attorney, I had approached many others with my most pressing problems prior to hiring him as my legal counsel. Bo was the only one who was able to offer a reasonable course of action to protect my rights as a parent and I was very pleased with the eventual outcome. What impresses me the most about him are his ethical standards and his blunt, no-nonsense approach to providing me with strategic advice. He never tries to just say what I want to hear when the facts of the case or the relevant legal environment do not support my grievance. He presents the legal context of the case and the pros and cons of alternative remedies as they are without any embellishment. He is an effective researcher who doesn’t hesitate to do his homework whenever he isn’t absolutely sure about the legal ramifications of the issue at hand. Lastly, he always reminded me of the alternatives to legal remedies that can be just as effective and are definitely far less expensive. This was something I would have never expected from an attorney.

Jason was integral in helping my nonprofit think through some critical legal matters this past Fall an Spring. As an organization with minimal legal knowledge, we really needed help - especially as we expanded our programs overseas and sought to protect ourselves from possible liability issues around taking minors on service trips to foreign countries. Jason also helped us think through hiring contracts for new staff, which we badly needed help with. Overall, Jason was prompt, communicative, and clearly knew his stuff - it all came together as a great experience and a joy for us to work with this fantastic attorney.
