Everyone knows US immigration law is so complex and there are so many immigration attorneys and immigration specialists who claim they know what to know. Many times they just complicate things more as they cannot listen or fully understand an immigrant founder's situation. Once I spoke to Maria, I knew she immigration law and how to take care of my immigration situation without making it more complicated. She was direct to me and allowed me to sleep at night.

She took my mother's immigration case and left it in the middle. I was left without representation. I wrote to her and called her multiple times but with no response. She just stopped responding completely. She was not available on the address that is on her website. When i went to the address, i was told that she rented a conference room and has left without leaving a forwarding address. I had a contract signed with her till completion of the immigration case but she just left and stopped responding. I was left in a very vulnerable situation not knowing what to do.

Maria was tremendously helpful in helping me understand the complexities around applying for a "change of status" with UCSIS. After a one-hour consultation, a number of my misconceptions were corrected, all my questions were thoroughly answered, and we arrived at a concrete plan of action. I've personally interviewed about 15 immigration lawyers before hiring Maria for my case. These interviews included asking many tricky questions that I already knew answers to (just to test candidates). She did excellent and I moved forward with her. My case was not the easiest, but ended up successfully. Like with any other lawyer you have to really dive deep into the subject matter and sometimes disagree with your lawyer (which I did and it worked for me, as there's no perfect lawyer I think), but Maria proved her skills and knowledge of the area and I'm very happy with her service and expertise.

Originally, I found her website and service when I was google searching an immigration attorney who I could seek consultation on B-1 acquisition process. During our phone conversation, Ms. Marty was immediately able to provide me answers and information that I was specifically looking for (detailed, straightforward, informative explanation on HOW and WHY; there were others who could provide me other answers/info but Ms. Marty was the only one who could give me very clear, logical and precise answers on why/how AND her recommendations on what I should do).
