Refused to help me. Oh i talked to someone, and they refused to help me. I was told that my case was too complicated. How do you think I feel! Now I'm stuck doing an informal hearing, not knowing the law, and stuck with a judge that wants to talk down at me when everything my ex was using against me has been denied. A lawyer would have been able to shut this down a long time ago.

Denise and Paralegal Heather provided excellent representation. I felt heard and they answered my questions thoroughly when I needed clarification.

Our initial meeting was scheduled for 10/26 and Andy was a no-show. I had to call and leave multiple messages, including asking how to get back our almost $7k deposit, over a week period before we got a message about the no-show call and how to reschedule. I have given the same information on the phone to three people now, Josh, Dina, and Andy. This in basic information about the case number that is open in Maryland, the names and contact information of the child's previous caregivers, and the name of the deceased parents. After giving this information over the phone to three different people, I received a form from Dina asking me to fill out this information again. Additionally, this form was seemingly for a divorce and custody arrangement. This is not what our case is. Andy has missed at least two deadline that he has set for getting me papers to review and for filing our documents with the court. This case is filing for emergency guardianship for an orphan relative in our care who has been in our care in WA for over three months. This is an uncontested case and will not be challenged by anyone. Andy finally sent me documents after I had to call over multiple days asking for the documents to review once the deadline he gave me passed. I once again had to fill out basic information on the documents that I have given over the phone and via previous documents. I have been charged over $900 for the above multiple calls, emails, and forms. It has been over a month and nothing has happened on my case. I have asked multiple times for communication, for cancelling my contract, for assistance in any way. I continue to be sent back to my unresponsive team. I feel like this is a scam company and would not recommend. Edit: received another bill that has been adjusted down from $1700 for my filling out the same info multiple times then repeating the same info again on the phone to a bill for $1400. This is addition to the $900 from the previous pay period where I also filled out the same forms. I absolutely feel scammed.
