I was injured in a rear-end car accident and my chiropractor suggested I call Jason Epstein at Premiere. The staff at Premiere were very responsive and promptly connected me. Jason answered my call right away. He took the time to answer all of my question clearly and concisely. Jason and his team did a great job. I was in the hospital for a long time after being hit by a driver; and unable to walk for even longer. At one point it seemed that my medical insurance would be taking my entire settlement due to an unfair law and leaving me with nothing to reimburse all the out of pocket bills. Jason's team was able to work swiftly; always notifying me of news and always asking for my opinions on how to handle matters, and were able to get me my settlement. They did a great job and were able to make a horrible situation right.

My husband and three minor children were involved in an automobile accident two years ago. My husband and I decided to try to handle the case on our own, to try to save some money. Fast forward nine months, and we are still in settlement discussions with the at-fault driver's insurance company. I found Jason Epstein's information while researching settlement procedures online, and saw that he mentioned the fact that he does free consultations. I called his firm, spoke with a kind receptionist, told her a brief summary of my case, and was asked if Jason could call me back later today. I honestly assumed I likely wouldn't receive a call back for a few days - if at all - due to the fact I was interested in a free consultation. To my astonishment, my phone rang about ten minutes later! Jason was extremely friendly and took his time to explain the legal process to me, answering each and every one of my questions. He didn't rush me through the conversation and made me feel like my story was important to him - even though he wasn't representing me (yet.) Although, what truly impacted me the most was his sincere honesty. We discussed the settlement amount that the at-fault insurance company was currently offering, and Jason told me that even if I was to retain an attorney to settle my accident claim, I likely would not get any more than the insurance company was currently offering. He went on to explain the settlement procedure and court approval that would be needed to settle my children's claims, even describing the look/layout of the courtroom and exactly what I could expect. Jason even said that for my specific case, the court process was very simple and straightforward and I could completely do it by myself. I was so impressed with his professionalism, expert knowledge and honesty. (He was really funny too, which tremendously reduced my nervousness.) As a stay at home caretaker of five children, I do not usually write reviews of any kind, because I simply do not have the time. Although I am MAKING the time today because Jason was absolutely fabulous, and I feel like everyone needs to know! :) Even though I will not need his legal representation for this current accident, I will be keeping his information in a very handy place in case I am ever involved in an accident in the future.

My son, Joe, was seriously injured in a car accident June 30, 2012. His initial prognosis was morbid. I had to obtain guardianship of my 18 year old son,( in the event the unspeakale happened). I had hired, in a panic, an attorney my father had used. This particular situation was evidently not in her field of expertise and I actually did some of my own research and tasks. I had met Jason through my girlfriend whom, because of my son's accident, had become involved with Jason's project: Teens Against Distracted Driving, ( TADD), . Jason actually took the time to come to the courthouse to help with the guardianship process on his own time and dime. Needless to say we hired him and his firm to handle our son's insurance procedures. They investigated the accident, filed claims and just made the whole horrible experience less horrible. We were able to direct our time and energy into helping Joe get well. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Jason and his team: Madeline & Danielle and everyone that worked so hard to get Joe the compensation he was due. Our entire family is grateful for all they've done!

In August 2012 I was in a three car automobile accident. My car was totaled and I was injured. After a few weeks and much medical care I was feeling overwhelmed by the insurance companies. I have never been more happy with an Attorney! Jason Epstein handled my accident and at first I just thought here goes another leach sucking Attorney that's going to accomplish nothing and screw me in the end. But you know what not these guys, not only did they take care of me without me having to do very much but they held up to there end of the bargan and exceeded my expectations! Jason Epstein was my Attorney and I hafto say this guy along with his awesome staff knows how to handle business!
