Mr. Vargas came highly recommended by a family member who works as a paralegal. My DUI case had been haunting me for 8 years. Ticketed for allegedly rolling through a stop sign in Seattle. Administrative staff was courteous, punctual, and professional. Process was straightforward, rates were competitive (after shopping around for some time!). They were responsive in addressing my numerous questions and I am happy with the result. Chloe saved me in my darkest hour. We all make mistakes sometimes later than sooner in life. Regardless, as the saying goes, “Justice is blind.” To the court you’re just another statistic. You need someone to personally care about who you are and who your true character is. After one regretful night, a friend’s bachelor party, I got hit with a possession and battery charge. I nearly faced deportation because I failed to get my US citizenship during the 29 years I’ve had my green card. Chloe Alyn is very knowledgeable and helpful. If she doesn't know the answer, she will research it and get back to me that day. She is very upfront and honest. I contacted Ms Alyn to help with the restructuring of an alimony agreement. We met and I gave her the outline of the terms my ex-spouse and I had agreed to. Ms Alyn came back very quickly with a Stipulation document that was approved by myself and my ex, filed with the Court and then signed by the judge.
