Jon is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, empathetic lawyers out there. He listens, consults his clients and works hard to get the best outcome. Jon is very responsive and I enjoyed working with him. He got my DUI dropped to a Reckless Driving 1st degree and I am so thankful. He was also very kind and didn’t make me feel ashamed during the difficult year I spent dealing with this. I highly recommend Jon to anyone who needs an amazing lawyer.

If you are reading this review and needing representation, you are in the right place. A little over a year ago I found myself in a life situation I would never have imagined myself in. After doing extensive research for representation, I came across Jon Fox. This was the best decision I made given a very unfortunate situation I put myself in. Not only does Jon care about you as a person and wants to see you come out of such situations better personally and legally, but he is always a moments text or call away. Jon’s experience in the field and relationships with the judges/court made me feel very thankful to have had someone who has seen just about everything at a court house. From the beginning, he laid out a clear plan, timeline, and deliverables on both our ends. This was executed perfectly and was always there if I ever felt doubtful with myself or had a question. Thanks to Jon and a year of this process, I have not only now recently resolved this situation, but received the most favorable outcome he said could be achieved. Jon Fox is an amazing attorney from beginning to end. I hired him 20 years ago and he was there every step of the way, Always caring, reassuring and so professional in all that he does. I met Jon under unfortunate circumstances when I had was charged with a DUI. It happened to occur in one of the strictest courts in the state and he warned me about that. It was a very scary time in my life but Jon put my fears to rest. Something about his demeanor is very calming. He's with you during the entire process and always reachable. He explained how everything would work and there wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. We decided that a plea would be the best option instead of doing a trial and risking a full conviction. My charges were reduced and instead of jail time I paid a (sizeable) fine and did 2-years of probation. We all make mistakes, some worse than others, but if find yourself in a bad situation, Jon is the one you want on your side. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Last year I was arrested on the suspicion of a DUI. I am an immigrant in this country, and a charge like DUI would have been potentially dire for me. I have never been in any kind of trouble with the law before and I still get shivers when I think about that night of my arrest. On the very next day after my arrest, I started calling lawyers to seek professional advice. I still remember when I called Jon, he was with his family shopping for the upcoming festive season. Admittedly, I still feel guilty for disturbing him but he sensed anxiety and panic in my voice and not only he managed to find time to talk to me but his comforting and calming persona made me feel ok for the first time since the incident. When I talked to other lawyers, they promised me the moon but it was only Jon who gave me the most realistic assessment of my case. I knew I had to hire Jon. Few weeks down the line, I got a call from Jon informing he was able to achieve the best possible outcome for my case. He set realistic expectations and delivered me the moon. I am and always shall remain thankful to him.

I had gotten pulled over a month ago and was given a DUI. My main goal was to get it off my record as soon as possible. I googled many different lawyers but then was given Jon Fox's information from a professional football player. I won't go into details about myself but know that I was in a particularly difficult situation and had a real uphill battel in front of me when I went to Jon. Jon knows the law inside and out. He has seen almost every "if then" scenario and proceeds only after careful evaluation of each decision, considering the possible results and after thoughtful consultation with me. Beyond the procedural Xs and Os, Jon is a brilliant tactician, Judges, DAs, experts, timelines, results, are all variables that change. Jon knows when to move forward and when to stand fast and most importantly - how to be best prepared at each stage. He understands the way the system works and translated that in plain English and clear choices. He educated me such that I could do much of the ‘soon to be expected’ work up front on my own timeline, and at my convivence. This was very deliberate and super helpful to the outcome of my case. I will note that equally important to me is the humanity I saw in Jon. I was not paying a lawyer to be my therapist, but he honestly wants to see people get better and gave me hope I did not have before. He understands the crisis of addiction. He never judged me, made me feel less of myself, and always treated me with respect. At the same time was upfront about both the best- and worst-case scenarios. I knew Jon always had my best interest in mind and was quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. I could depend on Jon to advise and even coach me in a nonjudgmental way, so we would be successful. His integrity was clear at every interaction we had, and I always felt better after we talked. And that was hard considering the possibilities we were discussing. He is a good person and well liked, and you also see that shine in court. He is always prepared, and I knew I had the absolute best lawyer when those dreaded Zoom calls started. There is a noted gravitas afforded to Jon that only comes with the combination of professionalism, tenure, and the expertise he possesses. I realize this is a long-winded review, but if someone is in the state I was in, it is the kind of information that would have helped me be successful. Jon was a critical part of that. Today I have my life back, job security, and most importantly, my family again. I would not change a thing with my decision to hire Jon and if you find yourself in a similar position, you should strongly consider my experience to make your decision. Jon Fox helped me with my hearing,bond, seeking deferred prosecution, keeping perfect records of scheduled meetings, and recommendations for Intelock devices, etc. He or his assistant return calls about any questions immediately. He has been a big part of my recovery from denial about needing to become sober. I am grateful for his competence and compassion and am greatly enjoying sobriety, Jon Fox is the Best!

Jon did an excellent job with my son's case.  He was great about laying out our options during the case with clear language that we could understand. I was particularly impressed on how Jon communicated with my young son. The case was a very long, drawn out process during the pandemic and Jon felt it important to continuously give words of encouragement to my son by pointing out the positives. We appreciate Jon's professionalism, as we always believed that we were getting facts from Jon, good or bad. Jon was able to negotiate a decent deal in the case and I would definitely recommend Jon. 

I hired Jon last summer after being stopped by the police while driving back home after a small gathering with some friends. I was arrested and taken to the police station the same night: I was simply terrified. I never had any legal trouble and mainly I didn't realize that I was intoxicated at that level and clearly unable to drive. Jon was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and the DUI charge was reduced to the charge of Reckless Driving. The process took 5 months, so much less I thought it was going to be. Hiring Jon was the best decision I made during that time and I will be forever grateful.

I hired Jon after a friend who is a traffic attorney recommended him to me, saying Jon was simply the best. I interviewed 4 different lawyers and ultimately decided to hire Jon because 1. Showing a lot of care for my case. Even after I hired him, Jon stayed super prompt in his communication and continued to answer my many questions. The case against me was weak and the prosecutor decided to dismiss it before the arraignment. While it's hard to say for sure, I suspect the prosecutor saw Jon was the representing attorney on the case and realized it would be a waste of their time. So the end result was a complete dismissal of the DUI charge. But Jon didn't stop there. He also negotiated reducing my speeding ticket which was part of the DUI to a non moving violation. Jon has basically helped me get the best result I could ask for. Even after the case was dismissed, Jon continued to answer my questions, share tips and advice about next steps and share referrals per my request.
