These guys were on top of my case immediately, and handled it perfectly, and with zero hassle! I didn't even have to show up for court, and didn't have that nagging feeling of having to wait for the court date. This was my first time trying a lawyer for traffic court, researched these guys and gave it a shot. It was a great decision. I had my suspicions about the stop, but cops don't want to hear your opinion any more than judges do. Don't argue, hire this team. My ticket was reduced, charge was reduced, insurance not affected... I'd not have had to pay anything, but wasn't aware until after the decision that my tabs were expired. Good Ol' Officer K*** neglected to mention that. Oh well. Still a big win though, thanks guys!!!

Diego has freely given advice to me and many of my attorney colleagues over the years. I can tell you that in the legal community Diego has a reputation as one of the very top trial attorneys. He is a legend in the DUI scene. When I was in law school my Trial Advocacy professor (who is also a Superior Court Judge) used Diego as an example of a master of jury selection. Diego is also a very nice guy which helps him get good deals for his clients who don't want to go to trial. When I was a public defender I once asked a Seattle Municipal Court prosecutor who was the best negotiator. She gave me two names and Diego's was first.

I am not exaggerating when I say Diego Vargas saved my life. As someone who has struggled with mental health issues, and as a result gotten into trouble with law enforcement I thought two years ago my life was over. Without going into too much detail Diego represented me over the course of these past several years in a few cases. As someone who has turned to suicide attempts as a way of dealing with life’s obstacles I am eternally grateful for Diego’s professionalism, compassion and expertise. Diego was always honest with me, and relayed what the worst case scenario would look like, and did his best to advocate for me and to ensure the worst case scenario would not come to fruition. Almost three years ago now I thought I would be in prison, or dead. Today, my cases are resolved in a magnitude that I can live with. I have been able to continue to work on my mental health and schooling, and will be done with my bachelors degree in a year. Without Diego’s legal support I would have not been able to continue to live my life. I am eternally grateful to Diego, and would recommend him to anyone who needs criminal legal counsel. Sorry, for the long message, however I genuinely mean everything I have written. I will never forgot the lessons I have learned, however challenging these past couple years were, they have made me who I am!

Let me start off by saying i can not recommend Diego enough, he saved my lively hood!! When i got my DUI i thought my career was over and didn't know where to turn. Diego came very highly recommended to me, so i knew i needed to go with the best and he did not disappoint. He took the time to explain the process to me, answered all my questions and left no stone unturned. He was always very upfront with me and never sugar coated any of it. I always knew where i stood, which i really appreciated. He got my DUI reduced to a lower charge, kept me out of jail, and saved my CDL.
