I had a scheduled consultation with Ms Brown and she never showed up. And I was never contacted for rescheduling or refund. I had to call the office on the daily and get the same promises that I will be contacted but it never happened.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

There have been a few times Michael has helped me out with traffic infringements. One was in a very obscure speed trap in Kirkland & another on the highway in a speed transition. The location is irrelevant, what is though is how Michael has done a fabulous job in representation, communication, & really knows the law. Both were either decreased or dismissed. If you have a traffic ticket, please reach to him before proceeding. You will be happy you did.

I did not have a positive experience with this firm, though my interaction was limited to a consultation with Ruth V. Her customer service was disappointing; she came across as condescending and did not inspire confidence in her knowledge or abilities as an attorney. Your experience may differ, but I ultimately decided not to proceed with her services and shared my concerns with her.

They handled both my mom’s and my marriage based greed card cases over the years. My main contact person was Dr. Ye. He was responsive and able to clarify all my questions and concerns. They prepared and submitted my package with a short turnaround time to meet the 4/1 deadline of the price increase this year. They also helped with my RFE later on. My GC was approved just a few days after the RFE response. Their attention to detail was crucial for this successful outcome. Highly recommended to anyone seeking help for their immigration journeys!

Vera was extremely helpful in navigating a separation agreement for me, and helped me advocate for myself in areas that I did not personally feel comfortable. Her ability to provide the complete picture for me of the pros and cons of negotiation, while also helping comfort any concerns I had, really got me through a tough period at a time I needed it most. I do highly recommend working with her!

When another firm flat out said we weren't worth their time, we found this firm. They were quick to help, clear on pricing, and full to the brim with information to help us make some life-affecting decisions. Very happy with their ability to deal with us small fry and yet explain how they are equipped and positioned if we need to become the small fry battling a sinister squid. Very helpful!!
