They will explain all the options available to you. I have dealt with them for five years and been very satisfied with the way they setup all of my necessary paperwork for a person with a chronic disease.

David worked with my mother to update her will and other documents after my father passed. We found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator.. The results were exactly what my mother wanted and we have confidence that her legal paperwork is now in order. I would recommend him to anyone needing to do this kind of planning. David was hired initially to consult on a Vulnerable Adult Protection Order. He listened carefully and respectfully to what my father had to say, and assisted us to come up with a plan. He and his associates were all very helpful. In court he advocated for Dad and helped us understand the proceedings and options. David went above and beyond what I expected. He called and emailed to check on Dad's health and emotional state after the stresses of dealing with an abusive spouse and her attorney, as well as communicating with the prosecutor, and always worked to his client's best interests.
