He and his office staff are always quick to respond and very helpful, his fee is a one time upfront charge with no surprises which I really appreciate, he appears in court for you and keeps you posted on the court dates, outcomes, and any further action required by you. And all of his paperwork can be completed via email which saves a lot of hassle.
