Lawyers have duties above their personal values: Lawyers have ethical duties to the court, their client and society greater than their personal values. This lawyer claims to be an animal lawyer but has single minded opinions regarding all breeders. His approach to "rescue", not breed, is short sighted at best towards breeders and potential owners. Many dog owners want PUREBRED dogs and do not want mixed breed or dogs of unknown health, temperament or genetics. To refuse to take or even talk to an ethical breeder, is disheartening and biased. There will always be breeders, whether this lawyer likes it or not. His greater contribution would be to represent purebred breeders and owners so that all may contribute the greater integrity of canine breeds.

I was in a nerve racking situation regarding ownership of a dog. Adam came highly recommended by Oregon Humane Society. Adam gave me piece of mind and salient advice. These things are so emotional it was very helpful to get his perspective and be able to move forward. He is a great listener which really helped me process what was going on.
