Good guy, easy to talk to. Affordable.

Great attorney, one of the best I've worked with. Roy is very experienced, very efficient, and was clear throughout the process. He is also compassionate, a truly important attribute in divisive family law matters. I recommend him very highly.

Tom Lester was most helpful to us going through this process. Him or his staff were always available to answer our questions or address our concerns.

Mr. Lester represented our family in disputing a bankruptcy. An individual had fraudulently scammed our in-laws in an investment scheme. We had received judgments against this individual but instead of paying what he owed he filed bankruptcy. He tried to hide from his obligations by filling bankruptcy. Mr. Lester was able to have the funds owed to our family discharged from the bankruptcy and the individual was required to pay on our judgments.

Deciding to file for bankruptcy was a hard choice but it was the right one for us. Mr. Lester and his entire team made the process much easier for us. They were all very professional and confidential.

I retained Roy Martin to represent me in my divorce and child custody case. Roy was upfront about the potential cost and proceedings as my case dealt with a military member. From the beginning Roy listened to my concerns about my husband and addressed them one by one. He was companionate but realistic in what could or would happen. Roy was through in putting together the court documents needed. There were a few hiccups due to my husband being in another state and military, but not at Roy’s fault. Roy made those as painless as possible. As the ball got rolling in this Roy was quick and aggressive on getting court dates. My husband is a highly volatile and contentious person. Roy dealt with him calmly and smoothly. My divorce and custody was finalized sooner than anticipated which I believe was due to Roy’s diligence in the matter. Such was that Roy even researched the states laws that I’m moving to and worded my parenting plan accordingly so that the probability of me going to court again was lessened. Roy took a difficult time and helped me handle it with dignity and grace. I would recommend Roy 100% in all Family matters.
