Talked down to us like we were incompetent just because we had some questions. We have no idea what bankruptcy entails, never filed before so when we asked him to explain or repeat some things it seemed like a huge inconvenience. Customer service is subpar. Seemed like he wasn’t too sure on what all he can do for us, said “he’ll have to look into it” regarding what we can or can’t do with tax returns. Found an attorney who could give us complete answers on the spot and knew exactly what we can do.

Alex has been an impeccable attorney who fought his hardest with the most sincere and caring attitude on my case. I genuinely could not have had a more positive experience in rehabilitation from dealing with legal obligations. Alex helped me with a misdemeanor charge and was able to successfully get the charge dropped. As we all know, people make mistakes. I was one of those people that acted out of his character one unfortunate evening and picked up two felony harassment charges in the process. I went to Alex the week after the incident and after talking with many lawyers, i knew that alex was the right one for me seconds after meeting him. I felt immidiately comfortable with him. Alex is the type of guy that really cares about you and the case and he really seemed like he cared about me as a person as well. He is good at making you feel very comfortable with the situations and possible outcomes and is someone that gets down to business and also someone that you can joke around with to make you feel at ease (which is important when you are facing possible long term jail time). Long story short, my case was dismissed and i could be on a small amount of probation outside the state in my own city which was really important to me and he made that happen. Also i want to point out that Alex has answered every single phone call and email almost immediately. Even when you are in a constant state of anxiety and however much you think you are bugging him he picks up the phone every time even for the little things. AWESOME attorney and AWESOME all around guy. i would hire him for any problem i ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Holy cow worse attorney ever having to deal talk too. Is there not a standard in whatcom county this lady is drunk on drugs maybe hit in the head an accident something.
